@Ashlee O I had Cole go out and get the required info for this. Battery 1: 12.2 Battery 2: 12.23 Awning Ext: 12.18 Awning Ret: 6.9 V Will run out but not in. We also need to let them know, the tech has 1.6 diagnostic time so far in this Chris B stated. :)

@Stephanie D Lippert feedback: Hello,Looks like the board is faulty and needs to be replaced. The labor for a unity replacement is 0.50 I see we asked for some voltage readings and if Battery #1 & Battery#2 had a 30 amp breaker. Tech was not asked by Lippert to run additional test, just asking for the diagnostics time on this. Half hour for original diagnosis (which was replace unity board), additional voltage test, replacing and retesting new unity board.
