Hi Cole! I just got their email. Dometic is asking for the bypass test of the cooling unit to be done as well as photos of the substance temperature from inside the RM2451 for review. I will attach the email here

It's hard to tell what is highlighted from this copy, I will forward you the email so you can see better, but they are needing the substance temperature for both the fridge and freezer, the heating element ohms, and thermistor ohms (while in ice water)

Heating Element Ohms: and Thermistor Ohms (while in ice water): And the temperature of the ice water She said it could be helpful for the tech to call into their tech support to make sure they have everything they need to approve/decide if this is a manufacturing defect.
