@Stephanie D per our conversation recap emailed forest river on the front tongue jack. sent kellie the claim number and the photo of the jack that was on this unit...stated that i could only find the fic front jack and that i needed a lippert one. she came back with the fic part number and joe said it wouldnt work with their leveling system. reached out to kellie and she said we would get reimbursed and for me to send photos of the jack we received.
