Sheww I was like ok Stephanie that's enough! 
We will use the one with 1.5 labor for warranty replacement. 
The other WO with 29 hours labor is proof of when the part was purchased. Customer did not purchase across the counter; it was added to a WO at that time and billed out.

Ashlee, yes this is a part warranty. The WO with part purchase on it is when the customer had it installed. WO has a in and out date. I am not sure they will cover this, but the customer has asked service to give it a try!

On the work order provided do you have the date that the motor was installed? I am not seeing an actual date on it. Ashlee, I have attached 2 paid receipts to this folder. 
One showing when the deposit (591.23) was paid for the part. The other showing (6423.44) when the complete job was paid. I hope this is what they need!
