@Ashlee O Ok girl, this is going to be a fight maybe! Recap for this is, on original folder number 26181 they shorted us 367.02. This was from part not returned. So come to find out they sent the wrong color LED strip to begin with. They sent green the customers lights are blue! So, we opened this claim (folder 26982) to try again, it was approved and the work is done. I do have the light strip to send back if they request it, I did not see that on this one. But here is where it is going to get tricky (if it's not already)! They owe us for the incorrect light they sent the first time and the shipping. I called Keystone about this, and I have the phone call attached for proof. I was told to just attach the first LED light and shipping on this claim. If you have any questions please call, this is another mess!!! Point being we order the correct light the first time and THEY sent the wrong one and they owe us for that one as well as the correct one! :)
