@Tessa C The fridge door on line 2 has a defect and does not close correctly. Door drops down and customer has to pick up on it on order to close top door. Can you see if we can get a replacement on the way please? If they say anything about the time between receiving it and repairs, it was the first available appointment in the last day or so! Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help.
