@Ashlee O I have named the photos, that was my fault! And this will go under Dicor. Our customer number with Dicor is 91680 to my understanding.

I have attached the Dicor info that I snipped from a claim we had done with them a little over a year ago. There is a number on there and the best thing maybe call them and see what the warranty procedure is now. FYI: This usually takes the customer calling them and getting the approval. Or at least that was my experience with the 3 I have done! The customer got it started and I just contacted whom they had spoken to at Dicor. I will help in any way I can!
