@Ashlee O This claim has been a work in progress for us all here this morning, including Russ! Long story short, this customer is picking the part up and we are not claiming labor. Cust is installing the part himself and Mark at FR approved part and shipping only with no warranty on converter. If you have any questions, just give me a call! :)

Currently, there has not been a prepaid label created for return. Failure to return the part within this timeframe may result in denial of the repair. @Ashlee O I cc'd you in an email on this one. This claim was all over, and I completed this thinking we could, and it would be ok. WELL, this was my fault. Mark from Forest River called and said we will have to just hold the claim until the customer comes and swaps the parts. If this claim is denied for part not returned, we will just go back with another one. Sorry for this!

@Ashlee O Just an update on this claim. Cust brought the converter in for the replacement new one. We decided to test the converter with the customer here and it tested good. The customer had a faulty meter which he was using to test with. We went ahead and swapped the converters out as directed to do so by Forest River. Russ and @Cole P have decided to keep this converter and use it on a used unit or for shop. Russ also asks me to call Mark at FR and let him know as I did.
