@Tessa C stated this came in the incorrect size, this was hard to verify until the original cushion came back. The customer spoke to Cole and let him know they wanted us to request chairs. Cust stated she wanted something different due to the quality of the cushions.

Per FR: We will authorize for new cushions pending the part return, please contact our parts department to order the correct replacements. As far as authorizing chairs instead of the cushions, we can not authorize, as unit is built as designed and this would be considered modification, not warranty.
