@Stephanie D recap of convo. customer came in to get his parts and the microwave trim piece the holes didnt line up and was a different materal. emailed keystone to get the correct plastic trim piece. since on their website they only have two options for this vin a black metal and a stainless option

@Ashlee O Can we please go back on line 2 for .50 total labor? According to the parts dept at Dutchman the trim ring only is not available, it is a complete replacement. We will need more time to replace the complete microwave verses just the trim ring. ~Thanks
