Ashlee, I did attach 2 more photos for the roof. The tech stated for line 1 it's a very small area. This is the only photo that would show there is no support in the middle of the shower pan.

@Ashlee O Tech stated for Job 2 the support must have been installed like this from factory. Ther e is no trace of the piece that split off.
