@Ashlee O The tech is asking for more time on this please. Could we see if he can get 3.0 total, please? I ask for more info on why we need more than 2.0 and below was the response. He will have to unbolt both gear packs, adjust slide track to be square. The front side of the room has jumped the which has worn down the gear. Jack up the room and square up everything, replace front gear pack and test operation of room.
