Ashlee, this unit sold and the customer just told me they will not be back to the unit for a few weeks. We may have to submit this one again when we can get all the info they are requesting. :)

Haha, yes, they want the light strip back. There is a UPS return box to click on the claim, I'm assuming they cover the shipping through that, but if not, I can email them & ask how to handle adding it to the claim or just do another claim for it.

@Ashlee O This has paid, $582.65. Check 1576525, however, 5 of the parts were denied. There is a difference of $367.02 from what you submitted versus what paid. I uploaded a copy of the paid claim here for you to look into.

@Stephanie D Per Keystone: 101886 (vent) and 500358 (GFI) parts were adjusted because the amount claimed is over what was paid on the invoice. Also, the light strip was never returned, so they denied that line. Do you have the part to return?

We have not sent this back. We have to go back to the customer for this one. We will be doing another claim on the light strip soon. I will keep my eye on the parts markup or try to. When the parts are put in inventory it does an automatic charge up to how the WO is billed. @Cole P this is just for a reminder for the light strip we have to get out and do! Step into my office! :)
