@Ashlee O I have attached the following. Line 3: two different videos from the customer showing the sliding door issues. And she is talking in them as well. Line 10: faucet stamp on the back and two different photos of the faucet with water on the base and where the faucet comes up at. I hope this gets us going, this poor lady is a hoot to work with!

@Stephanie D EMAILED KZ ON THE PARTS I COULDNT FIND. THEY SAID THEY DONT SELL THE JUST THE TRACK FOR THE PATIO DOOR. "The track for the patio door is not a separate item, the whole patio door will need to be replaced if the track is the issue"
