@Tessa C We are approved to order a rear ramp door for line 1 This door has decals that will need to be put on order as well. Photos are on the claim and in the cloud under the WO #.

@Stephanie D Forest River sent me a screen shot of Lippert's flat rate chart for this repair and it's showing the allotment for complete plain ramp door-unit replacement is 1 hour. I have asked Lippert to reconsider and give us more time, but I don't know if they're going to bend. They have the PA approved for 2.5 hours (for the decal replacement's as well). I will let you know if I hear anything different from Lippert, but as of now the PA stands approved at 2.5

We had 7 decals @ .3 per decal. The labor between the decals and the wall replacement came to 3.1 total hours. They may not allow the .3 for the small decals however, that is what they agreed to at first.

@Ashlee O I am not sure if they would count p/n 20X74083A as just one decal since they are small. From the black flag decal down is what I was going off of for labor. If you would like to email them and see if they will honor the other .30 for the second heavy door decal, please. If they shut us down on it, we will take what they are giving. ~Thanks!
