@Ashlee O I have added line 6 and wondering if you could please submit this over? We are having issues with getting the correct fascia in for line 4 that is cracked. I also added a photo showing the old compared to the new we keep receiving. According to @Tessa C per the Keystone website and info the one that we need (the fascia Keystone installed on the unit) is not available or on the website. So, with that being said, I will just ask for the complete fascia to be replaced at this time. The customer is not happy that he has been waiting, and we keep failing at getting the correct part in. Please let me know what you think on this!

@Ashlee O I closed this WO up and I can't get line 6 to separate from the other lines. This is where we went back and ask for extra 2 hours on replacing the slide fascia/stile. We have claims 03894473 and 03912485. Line 6 is the only thing on claim PREAUTH18321 / PA03912485. Please let me know if this together will work or if I need to get Emily to possibly help me get this separated.
