@Ashlee O I have attached a photo of the last contact I had with Lionshead. We have them under 79097 in our system, I would think this is our customer number with Lionshead. Let me know if that not correct or we need any more info for you.

@Stephanie D LionsHead feedback: This would be an install claim with FR. We are not the supplier of the dust aps nor do we install them. If the outer caps were damaged by an interior part, that would not be a Lionshead issue. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

I have added to the WO that Lionshead denied the claim. Let me know if you think I should add or adjust anything else on the WO and let's send this over to Forest River please. New WO is named: WO for Forest River.

It looks like on C#2300045, they paid you for 4 rubber insertF/dust cap, and Dust cap lubed 7-8k. Is that different from what you're going after? Time approved was 2 hours. Are the center caps different from what was approved here? I am happy to do a parts only claim if needed.
