@Stephanie D WO 25728 FR feedback: KErb@forestriverinc.comHello, we do not get this fridge from Lippert, there is also an open TSB on this fridge for the issue listed, please have tech review TSB documents and perform TSB and test, freezer needs set to 1 and fridge to 5 after it is left to thaw. If the fridge still does not work after that you will need to add a line for the complete fridge and we will need photos showing the vents that were added per the TSB. kerb

@Ashlee O First off... I have made a mistake on the tech speaking with LCI on this one. I am so sorry, there was a mix up in paperwork while I was off. So, with that said we will need to add a line to replace fridge. On claim 2371714 (folder 25790) is the inspection only for the serv bulletin was approved. I have added more photos to show the vents were cut in the fridge. Also, I did add another line to replace the fridge.
