@Ashlee O The customer purchased this board from LCI and installed himself. He said LCI told him to bring the unit to a service center and let us do a warranty claim on the board to replace it. LCI gave the customer a number when he spoke with them and it is 390133037476. That number may be of some help to us!

@Stephanie D to sum up our phone call for notes sake, this customer has created so many case numbers they are having a hard time figuring what is happening. They also told me the tech diag phone call does not have a case number, and in their minds, did not happen, so if we could get the case number given to the tech, I can call them back with that and it will likely be approved right away. Going forward, they tied everything together with the customers original case number 5930204.

Good morning! The customer finally called me back this morning. I let him know that calling in multiple times is giving him different case numbers. Also, that the different case numbers were causing a confusion on LCI's end and slowing down the process. He laughed and said, ok I will let you all do your job! Fingers crossed he does!!!

Lippert's feedback: We will review for diagnostic time after the part is returned and tested as the payment is pending the results of that testing. We will also need an updated claim showing the amount being charged for parts and labor for review. Please provide the shipping number once it is returned.
