Customer sent a video, and I have attached it to the folder. However, he did not send measurement photos just told what they are. I know they will probably kick this back. If they do, I am trying to get this customer to bring the unit in as well! Measurements across the opening are 25.25 middle 25.25 bottom 25.25

She just sent me this also: The collage is not visible to show anything. Vendor requires three separate measurements with three separate photos showing the interior frame specs I will leave this folder in pending feedback until we have the requested info. Thanks!

Our product specialist is requesting photos showing how the plunger and striker are lining up. Are you able to provide these for us?

We are not at this time. The customer has the unit. For some reason he does not wish to bring the unit in at this time. He stated he would bring the unit back when the pads for line 1 came in, and to get the door adjusted.
