@Ashlee O I have a number for a/c warranty that I used in the past, 316-832-4357 and 423-775-2131. And the email I have is RVPWarrantyclaims@airxcel.com They are available Central time 8:30-11:30 and then 12:30-5:00. The customer just called, and I let them know we are working on this for them. Let me know if I can help in any other way!!

@Stephanie D I have added 2 "extended warranty emails" in this folder, they tried to not pay labor on this one due to it being, "an extended warranty". Because I had verified labor in the PA stage, I was able to show them they had indeed approved the 1.5 labor. The other email shows they are "goodwilling" the labor, but in the future, for extended warranty, "they only supply part, customer is responsible for labor". @Chris B

No, this was actually on a 2014 Kenworth truck (18-wheeler). This is the first time I have ever seen Airxcel state they will not pay labor on something in warranty. @Chris B
