Stephanie, I apologize, I have made several email attempts for further information without responses from Keystone. I did call them and she said they had not sent the diag sheet over to the vendor, and that's what the hold up was. I told her it was unacceptable for that to not be dealt with for this long. She did send it over while I was on the phone with her and knows this is a matter that needs to be high priority.

@Stephanie D @Tonya E I called Keystone to order this fridge. I spoke with Arianna and she stated that they will send an email to Stephanie asking for the correct shipping address and then they send that to LCI and they will send the fridge to us. She said that this is something new that they just recently started doing.

@Ashlee O @Jules E Keystone just called and spoke with @Chris L and told him we have a fridge being shipped from Dometic. PA# 003859287, Julie you may want to check on this PA# to make sure sense this is new to them it is correct! They have told two different vendors this morning.

@Stephanie D @Chris L @Ashlee O I just called Keystone and spoke with Jennifer. She confirmed that the fridge is being shipped from LCI because LCI is the only one that they are doing this with. She said that it was probably a miscommunication.
