@Ashlee O We are going to need to ask for a wall replacement on this unit. They only allowed us to replace the filon. When the tech started this today, water started running down the side. The wood in the wall is wet and decaying. What do we need to do to request to replace the entire back wall? I did add photos showing the damage.

I think this maybe miscommunication, I do not need a window replaced. I meant for that to be remove and reinstall window. I have been correcting the R&R on WO's, so this is not confusing! Window is ok. 16.0 for replacing the back wall is what we all here agreed on.
