@Stephanie D I uploaded 3 files to this folder from an email I got from KZRV. Feedback: The furnace sits on a felt gasket.  It’s possible a corner of the gasket got pushed down in the opening but there is not a plate.  Should be able to pop furnace loose and fix from top side.   KZ will requires your dealership to provide its own findings as it relates to a defect in the heating system. We have the unit here; we preformed paper test to prove minimal air flow. Tech took photos of alum plate blocking flow in the middle of the duct work. How can we better prove this for KZ?

Furnace has no defect, runs and operates correctly. The plenum block plate was put on the output side not the back side. With it being on the output side it blocks the flow of heat to the duct system. Cust does not receive heat in the unit due to this.
