@Ashlee O Hey, this is Steph K. This is one the customer is 2.5 hours away. A mobile tech came out to give an estimate, but they do not have any photos right now. I told them we can try anyway and see what happens. They do have the serial number, which we will get for you. But, let's try this one and see what they come back with.
