If the production line does not properly secure the top header to the lower wall section, movement can occur at the joint where the two pieces meet. Over time, this movement can cause panels to pop loose or crack. Required Repair: The dealer will need to properly secure (“marry”) the two sections together using additional screws, then reattach or replace any affected panels as needed.
