@Dustin L Please add requested labor times to both lines. For Job 1- If you could, please separate them (roof repair x amount, wall panel x amount, floor replacement x amount, carpet clean x amount, patching eternabond tape x amount) This way, if they come back and ask me to separate the lines I won't have to come back and ask you for more information. Also, is the roof repair the eternabond tape? If not, I need to know what needs to be done to the roof. Thanks!

Hi everyone — I reviewed the work order, supporting-file inventory, and the existing sidebar thread. For Job 1, the RO lists 0.50 hour total; please break that time out across the roof repair, wall panel, floor replacement, carpet cleaning, and Eternabond patch, and clarify whether roof work is limited to the patch. For Job 2, the RO lists 0.50 hour for the replacement shade, but no shade part number appears; please confirm the labor time and add the part detail. Job 3 is an estimate-only customer-pay diagnostic line (1.0 hour); please confirm whether it should stay in this warranty pre-authorization packet. Photo files are grouped by Jobs 1–3, but I don’t see the component-by-component labor breakdown for Job 1. Thanks.\n\nFor visibility: @Chris B @Alix M @Randall B @Matt F @Heidi H @Tricia H @Destinee M @Kimberly F
