Hi everyone — I reviewed the work order, 11 photos, refrigerator checklist, and sidebar thread. The RO records 13.02 V at the control board, 12.98 V at the compressor, and 5.98 A against an expected 15 A, and requests a replacement refrigerator plus 2 hours, while the labor table lists 0.5 hour.
