@Destinee M @Matt F We cannot get approval without all the information. I will put this in information needed until you are able to get it. Please read below. This unit has the following recalls open: 16V-841 and 22V-038 *I am adding both recall files into this folder. For 22V-038 - photos are required if there is damage found on the wire or thermal events. Photos are not required if it is just wiring securement or inspection.

Hi everyone — I reviewed both work-order PDFs and the full folder. Please identify which version is current: “ostrowski final.pdf” contains completed repairs and itemized parts/labor, while “13940-OSTROWSKI.pdf” is an earlier incomplete version. The folder has no photo files, although Job 4 says the fender-flare photos are in the document area; please attach or link those photos. For Job 5, the RO says the pressurized water test did not reproduce the leak and asks whether the customer uses a hose regulator; please add that customer detail before treating it as a warranty request. Job 2 references the 22V-038 refrigerator-wiring recall and says the wiring was not affected, while the folder also contains 2016-573 ladder-recall instructions; please confirm the applicable campaign and align the recall labor/parts with its instructions. The latest RO lists customer-pay MPI replacement work (including the fan and garage-bed leg) with zero part quantities and no corresponding labor lines in places; please confirm the intended customer-pay scope and amounts before submission.
