@Destinee M It was already entered in Grand Design's system on the other WO and PA 968844. I cannot move it in their system to this PA. Warranty Repair 1 will need to be handled on the other PA and all questions they requested answered. I will tag you on it.

Obtain the corrected final for job 9 here, as she requested. The current $925.08 RO still includes $715.08 for the unity-board part/labor; that is not an approved receivable on PA 969860. Job 9 is approved for 0.5 hour. The current RO bills 1.5 hours/$210 (0.5 diagnosis + 1.0 adjustment), a 1.0-hour/$140 excess over the stated approval. Reconcile actual authorized time or secure additional approval; do not carry the full mixed RO total into this claim. Still needed: the complete customer-signed final RO, not just its signature page, and verified start/completion dates. Alix requested these August 10/18 and followed up September 28. If the dealer relies on pre-delivery repair as a signature exception, obtain GD's written acceptance rather than assume the requirement is waived. Reconcile the July 28 repair photos/pre-delivery statement with the RO dates, then obtain any required late-filing acceptance. The photos support slide/cabinet interference, adjustment marks and subsequent clearance; unity-board photos belong with its separate PA evidence. Preserve the RO/VIN cross-reference because the photo filenames say 13752.
