@Matt F On this one I see two separate punches, however, diag time of 0.5 hour on Warranty Repair 1 is excessive. It seems like the system defaults to 0.5 hour usually. How do we proceed with this? I need to know how much time I should be requesting.

It looks like the only line I am missing actual labor requested time is Warranty Repair 8. I also need clarification on diagnostics as it looks like each line took 0.5 hour for diag, which is odd so I just want confirmation I am reading these right.

The latest RO covers WARR01–08, WARR10–11, and WARR13–14; Jobs 9 and 12 do not appear in the RO, and the photo filenames also skip WARR09 and WARR12. Please confirm those job numbers are intentionally absent. WARR03 still has a placeholder correction (“........”) despite requesting a 26 x 78 dark-wood slider door and 0.75 hour; please complete the correction and add/confirm the part detail. WARR08 requests 2 hours to add structure and secure the island panel; please itemize the repair steps and reconcile the requested time with the labor lines. WARR10 is billed internal and says it will be finished after approval of the island repair, while WARR11, WARR13, and WARR14 are billed customer-pay despite the WARR labels; please confirm the correct warranty/customer-pay/internal classification and keep non-warranty work separate.
