@Dustin L @Randall B @Matt F Job 1:  We need to verify the Unity board. Put the RV on battery power only then remove the Awning wires from the Unity and test the following. What is the voltage at the Unity X270D for BATT 1 & BATT 2? (two readings at the Unity board) What is the voltage while pressing Extend at the 15amp REV Extend PINs where the Awning is wired to? What is the voltage while pressing Retract at the 15amp REV Retract PINs where the Awning is wired to? *PLEASE RESPOND TO ALL QUESTIONS.

This unit is in woodruff wisconsin over a 2 hour trip, our rvia certified technician has diagnosed the unity board as the problem. We do not need a diagnosis we are requesting authorization.

@Alix M @Heidi H We are requesting Forest River get involved on this per The First Stop Warranty program as the vendor is requesting information not in the Forest River Flat Rate Guide and we are unavailable to look at the unit as it is off site.

This is from forest river After speaking with my manager on this we are going to goodwill the unity board and the time being requested to you and the customer. Please note that the questions LCI has requested are now being requested every time there is a Unity Board issue, these are requirements of the vendor being able to properly diagnose the issue as with these boards there are multiple possible factors that can go into why it is appearing as "defective", these questions will need to be answered for any Unity Board issues moving forward. @Dustin L @Destinee M @Matt F @Randall B Job 1: approved for 1 hour Job 2: approved for 0.4 hour (flat rate) Job 3: approved for 0.8 hour- we can authorize for the tightening however please note water pooling is very normal and there is not a way to prevent this. Job 4: approved for 0.1 hour (flat rate)
