I did some review of the pictures provided for job 5. To me it looks like the photo the technician took while unit was in the shop is a different window than the picture the customer took. I zoomed in on the glass etchings in each picture and they do appear to be different. I added the zoomed in screenshots to this repair order folder in Dropbox so you can see what I mean. Let us know, thank you!
