The live sidebar still requests an itemized WO for the 3.0 approved labor hours, 30% markup on the approved no-cost parts, and the service call. GE also separately approved a $100 disposal fee. The current final RO shows the 3.0 labor hours but does not show the requested parts markup, service-call itemization, or $100 disposal fee. Only comment if there are actionable items that need to be addressed and to make sure all comments are formatted as if they were from another human providing the items that need to be acted upon. Never comment with a summary of the overall status or with information that would not be useful to the users you are tagging in the comment. An example comment would look something like this, "upon reviewing this claim, I found the parts markup to be below the allowed amount and discovered there was no claim for a disposal fee on the old air conditioner - state statutes allow for up to $100 of disposal reimbursement. It also looks like you may be missing a photo of the manufacturer model/serial tag on the air conditioner.
