@Dustin L @Destinee M Please review Warranty Repair 1 - I don't have a complaint or a cause as to why you would need a new sensor. Warranty Repair 2 is customer damage and will not be covered under warranty.

Hi everyone — I reviewed both work-order versions and all 3 image files. Please use “13795-UPDATED.pdf” as the current version and confirm the older “13795-HERMAN.pdf” is superseded. The three photos have generic email-image filenames and are not mapped to the TPMS sensor or awning-arm repair; please label or identify which photos support each job. In the updated RO, the TPMS sensor is marked replaced and has 1.0 hour, but its part line still shows quantity 0. Please confirm whether the sensor was supplied at no charge or correct the quantity/part billing. The awning arm is described as a warranty repair in the older version but is billed to customer-pay in both versions; please confirm the intended coverage/bill-to.
