@Matt F @Dustin L This was approved for 1.5 hour Please follow your warranty process to supply the dealer with a replacement unit. Field scrap the old unit and follow the attached instructions for warranty. The authorization number will be INC-0153039, which will allow 1.5 hours labor. Please note that the replacement unit will be authorized only for the current direct replacement model. There will be no exceptions for upgraded models as far as authorized replacement via RVP/Airxcel.

@Chris B @Heidi H I know in the past they have denied disposal costs. Have we gotten anywhere with this? Also, how much should Matt ask for to dispose of the AC.

@Matt F @Chris B From Vendor: The Coleman-Mach Limited Two-Year Warranty does not cover disposal fees. This AC unit is not authorized to be returned.  Should we submit and ask Forest River to cover still?
