@Alix M I believe I have interpreted the updated RO. The repairs that the technician would have to do for the interior I've highlighted here. The remaining repairs from the technician notes in job 1 would be what is needed for the exterior repair. @Dustin L the updated repair line you sent for job two is incomplete, there are no technician repair notes associated with this job,. All of the notes of been left on job 1. We would have to "create" technician notes ourselves in the manufacturers portal.. @Matt F and @Chris B please review and let us know how you would like us to proceed.

@Dustin L @Matt F From Forest River: After further review , we are requesting this unit to be dispatched to our facility for further inspection and repairs as we would like to inspect further the cause , I have attached the dispatch form if dealer and customer agree , please advise *Adding the form to the folder. Hi everyone — I reviewed the five PDFs and 39 photos, including the latest edited RO and sidebar exchange. Chris, the split may be intended to separate the customer-pay diagnostic/service call (Job 1, billed to the customer) from the warranty repair estimate (Job 2, billed to Forest River). However, the technician narrative in Job 1 combines the exterior slide-roof leak and interior water damage, while Job 2 has no separate technician cause/correction notes. So the current file does not yet establish why the repair was split or how the scope is allocated; please confirm with Forest River whether they require separate jobs and revise the RO so each job has its own cause, repair steps, parts, and labor. The parts list remains estimate-only with zero quantities/placeholders, and all 39 photos are labeled to Job 1 rather than the new Job 2; please itemize/price the needed parts and map supporting photos to each scope. The Factory Service Agreement PDF is blank; please complete it if this unit is being returned for factory service.
