Put the RV on battery power only then remove the Slide wires from the Unity and test the following • What is the voltage at the Unity X270D for BATT 1 & BATT 2? (two readings at the Unity board) • What is the voltage while pressing Extend at the 30amp REV Extend PINs where the Slide is wired to? • What is the voltage while pressing Retract at the 30amp REV Retract PINs where the Slide is wired to? Do the Unity's BAT1 and BAT2 wires each have a 30amp in-line fuse OR wired to a 30amp fuse at the breaker/short stop? Can you provide an image of the Unity board's Serial Number? It's located on the side edge of the Unity. **Reference Case Number 7016134**

@Destinee M @Matt F This is for the duplicate line on 13897. I cannot move it from this PA to a new PA since I already entered it and they the vendor requested further information. I am not sure why it was removed from this WO and put on a new one whenI I just got this one 7/28. This needs to be handled on this PA. This hasn't been approved and they asked further questions that we need answered.

@Alix M This is a similar to the Forest River claim we recently filed about the unity boards. Lippert is asking for information out of the normal standards, the flat rate pricing guide for Grand Design regarding unity boards does not state this measurements are required. We must request Grand Design step in and get this covered please.

The vendor asked for these measurements at the same time as the forest river situation, this unit left in the meantime before hearing anything about these requirements, either way the unit is with the customer, the customer cannot get these measurements and we cannot get them as the unit is not local, we have the bad board in the warranty cage and the good board is in the unit, all repairs are good and working, we need to push back on GD on this one as there is no way to get these measurements. Thanks
