@Michelle A Job 4: the large black round thing beside the a/c on the roof is your Air360+ Wifi Ranger. There should be a manual copy inside the Owners Manual that was placed inside the unit, however if there are additional questions the customer is always welcome to reach out to our customer service email or phone number and will be connected with a member of our tech support team who is more than happy to answer any questions they have. @Alix M Can i get a full lay out of what is needed on these items to get full answers on what is approved? This customer has questions and I don't have anything but denials to tell him. What is needed on job#2 or have they approved it? currently I have job#1, job #4, job#6, and Job#7 declined.. Please let me know what else would be needed to provide an update for the customer.
