But you will either need to get the customer to send you the information/photos requested for Job 1 or you will need to go back out to get them. They do not pay service fees.

@Alix M Who is asking for the additional photos? If it is the manufacturer/vendor? If so, I would like to respectfully push back. We were proactive and took a bunch of photos while we were on location. The warranty authorization should not be a burden to the customer.

With this size of an awning not having a cradle installed and not receiving the photos we have requested, we are unable to make a determination of clear defect. Let me know how you want me to respond. I am waiting to see if FR will cover the service call out there or not.
