@Alix M Plugged in to shore power or not, and it has a good battery that is fully charged. The display is plugged in - just completely dead.

I added a final copy because during the final repairs, some minimal additional work surfaced. *please provide me some feedback on this WO and claim - it is my first one start to finish and I want to make sure the diag is coming across in a way that makes sense to you and the additional time for the additional repairs makes sense. If all is well, we will strive for this format moving forward.

@Alix M If the light is shining, it is after replacement. It was confirmed bad, then replaced. This seems pretty petty. If they don't like our pictures for a $1.74 part replacement, they can pay return shipping so they can test it themselves.
