@Michelle A I only see one photo added in here and we needed photos of the actual fireplace.. labor code states REQUIRED- PHOTO OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE FIREPLACE + PHOTO SHOWING THE DEFECT + PHOTO OF THE COMPLETE VENDOR TAG WITH THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER.

@Michelle A I think you misunderstood their request. They need the A/C serial number and tag that goes with this thermostat. So the tag from the A/C unit. The tag you uploaded is already on the claim.
