@Alix M These have already been noted by Nisa Kirchner at GD. I was directed to enter this and get a preauth number to give to her. This is the one I had you look into for if we had further information. I don't have the 3 c's as the unit is not here. I will upload the original wo order these were on.

@Michelle A I know that. But I still need to enter 3 C's, please upload a WO that has the 3 C's. Warranty Repair 1 would just state that the cause was that the incorrect parts were sent previously and customer was not happy that they didn't match. Warranty Repair 2 needs complete 3 C's as well. I cannot guess on these and the WO's need to be complete before being uploaded to us. Thank you.
