@Michelle A This flat rate to replace an awning arm is only 0.3 hours. Can you tell me why you are needing 2.5 hours? I know that the lights will factor into that, but that is also only 0.5 hour, so 0.8 hour total.

@Michelle A Job 1: denied - After reviewing your request, as well as all pictures and documents provided, we regret to inform you that due to this being deemed as damage, we will not be able to offer warranty coverage, which would also include parts and labor, for this claim. The pitch arm was shoved through the bottom of the outer arm. This happens with excessive force/weight on the awning. Job 3: approved for 0.5 hour
