@Michelle A @Dustin L Job 3: per vendor Thank you for contacting Lippert Customer Care Center. The tube is showing a natural deflection. With it being a 21' awning, it is going to deflect a decent amount in the middle. It is highly recommended to put a support cradle in the middle. You would need to show me something that shows a clear defect and damage to the fabric in order to consider a warranty replacement.

@Alix M I mean the awning is not closing on one side it is warped so badly, I understand the support cradle is recommended however, a support cradle will not straighten the arm that will not close. Also the Fabric is stretched in spots all over and looks awful and is not going to get better. Would like to request support cradle and time to install after repairs are made to stop from happening again.

The tube is bent enough that it is pulling the arm to the right as the arms have some give, the arm is straight it just cannot line up due to the tube bending and pulling it to the right.

I have reached out to them and explained that they should be going through me and responses will take time as the unit is not on site.
