@Alix M The technician diagnosed a bad wire from the thermostat to the air conditioner. The customer has been very difficult and has been preventing us from diagnosing and repairing the issue. We are scheduled to return to the camper 7/30. This is what I know of the repair at this point.

Keystone's response to me going back for more time and referencing the WI law; After reviewing your request our original approval stands. As stated in our flat rate manual, diagnostic times are included in our flat rate unless otherwise stated.  If diagnostic time is outside of typical situations, we do have our authorization process to review for additional time as appropriate and substantiated by further documentation.
