@Kaitlyn R Job 1: approved for 0.5 hour Please note that the defective motor will need to be returned. Please review the authorization email sent to the dealer admin contact listed on this claim. You may order the replacement part through the Forest River Parts Department or a local supplier; the Off‑the‑Shelf Parts Policy applies to parts purchased outside of Forest River or the Vendor. Job 2: approved for 6 hours from FR: 8 hrs is a bit high for this repair. I can start off with 6 and if your tech starts to have issues, have them stop and reach out and we can assist and give more time if needed. Job 3: approved for 0.1 hour (requested 0.3 hour) the labor time submitted to Forest River has been reviewed and reduced based on the photos and description provided as well as the most applicable flat rate code.
