Confirm job 6's actual completion date from the technician record. Destinee's August 24 reply says it looks like May 11; the final RO's promised date is not proof of completion. The final bills $79.28 ($9.28 sealant + 0.5 hour/$70 labor), while May 20 approval allows 1.4 hours. Reconcile the 0.9-hour/$126 difference with actual authorized work and time records; it is not a verified loss or an automatic billing increase. The RO records resealing and a heavy-water test with no visible leaks. Photos and the camera-error screenshot support documented concerns, but do not establish payment or factory completion. Photo labeling and the earlier request for job 6 photos were already addressed in May.
