Immediate blocker: obtain the customer-signed final RO with the actual completion date. The final RO was uploaded September 25, but Alix's same-day request for the signed copy remains unanswered in this packet. The two GD parts invoices are already attached. Reconcile approved billing before submission: Alix's September 22 update increases countertop labor to 2 hours; LINDGREN FINAL records 0.8 hour. Verify actual performed/billable time and explain the 1.2-hour ($168 at the listed $140 rate) difference; it is not a verified loss or an instruction to increase billed time automatically. Also reconcile the $0.46 difference between fascia freight/packaging on the invoice ($41.06) and RO ($41.52). The final RO separates $538.81 warranty from $137.16 customer-pay; $675.97 is not the GD claim balance. Job 2 floor squeak and job 5 spring were denied and are customer-pay on the final. Keep any reconsideration supported by new defect/coverage evidence separate from billing the approved work. The photos support sink sealing and the damaged fascia; storage photos alone do not establish a covered floor defect.
