There is small holes in the fabric as well as rippling due to the stretching of the fabric. There is absolutely deceft in this fabric. can you help direct me in photo to show better the defects? I will ask for better photos of the hole in the fabric. @Alix M

@Alix M I will ask him for close up photos of the holes in the fabric. I sent the customer exactly what they requested. You can not take a photo of the full awning and see the holes at the same time. They should have been in separate lines.

@Michelle A They want a photo of the complete fabric from the top, so close up's is not what they are looking for. But the photo of the full awning that was provided was from a distance and not super close. I would just ask that they take it straight on rather than from the side. There can be a full photo and then go closer up to show the holes if you cant see them from the full photo straight on.

@Alix M THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE ENTIRE AWNING IN THE PHOTO IS FROM THAT ANGLE. THERE IS NO GOOD WAY TO PROVIDE WHAT THEY ARE ASKING. tHE HOLES ARE SMALL. tHERE WILL BE NO WAY TO SHOW THE FULL AWNING AND THE HOLES IN THE SAME PHOTO. SO WE PROVIDED THE FULL AWNING, AND NOW WE WILL GET PHOTOS OF THE HOLES.

@Michelle A Those photos are the same exact thing. I will upload, but again, that is not what they were requesting as they wanted the whole top with holes. I understand they are not visible, but the photo of the entire awning was too far away according to them. I will see what they say to this.
